Questions

Frequently asked questions

Who do you work with?

Owners, operators and growing businesses across the Greater Toronto Area, from single sites to multi-building portfolios. Our experience covers commercial office, healthcare, entertainment, airports and automotive service facilities.

Do you replace our facilities team?

No. We work alongside your team, adding senior expertise where it's needed and leaving behind systems and training so your people can carry the work forward.

How is an engagement scoped?

We start with a short conversation and, where helpful, a site visit. You then receive a written scope with deliverables, timing and fees before any work begins.

Do you work outside Toronto?

Our base is Ajax, and we serve the whole GTA, including Durham, York, Peel and Halton regions. Projects further afield are considered case by case.

How quickly can you start?

We reply to every inquiry within one business day and can usually begin an initial assessment soon after the scope is agreed.

Not sure which service fits?

We'll help you scope it in a short call.

Our approach

Practical, measurable, built to last

Every engagement follows the same four stages, so you always know where things stand.

STEP 1

We walk your site, review maintenance and utility data, and interview the people who run it. You get a clear picture of condition, risk and opportunity.

STEP 2

Plan

We set priorities, budgets and schedules, and put them in a plan you can take to owners, lenders or your board.

STEP 3

We manage contractors, vendors and projects through to completion, with regular progress reporting.

STEP 4

We hand over systems, reporting and training so your team keeps the gains after we step back.
